An honor ~Charleston Maternity Birth Newborn Photography

“Thank you so much Tamara! You went above and beyond our expectations and produced excellent quality pictures, slideshows and videos. Thank you so much for doing what you do and with such articulation and grace. We truly appreciated you being along for the ride with our family and will make sure that we continue to pass your name along. Best of luck to you and Bump Meet Baby!”~Josh & Amy

Not only was I fortunate enough to capture this gorgeous woman’s maternity images, but I was asked to be there as they welcomed their new baby girl into the world. I captured her first moments, the second she met her big sisters and all those emotions on that special day. To capture a ‘birth’ is an honor. It truly is and I am so grateful for the opportunity. Their family is complete now and I cannot wait to watch these little girls grow before my lens.

“These are just wonderful! Thank you Tamara and Danielle!” ~Casey

Oh this little girl…she had us wrapped around her little fingers. So sweet and sleepy. Her big brother was beyond adorable and I kept wanting to tickle him and play. We spent an amazing morning photographing them and later found out that they great friends with other amazing client of ours well. What a great compliment our clients give us by referring their best friends and families to us. We love what we do and we are grateful we get to share our love with so many.

an honor ~Charleston Newborn Photographer

Being asked to photograph another newborn photographer’s child is an honor. Wow. When someone else in the industry thinks you are good enough to capture the priceless moments of their child (and to drive 2+hours one way to do it) is just amazing. This beautiful little girl was a typical photographer’s child and did not want to really pose or cooperate, but that’s okay. We all ordered sushi and made a day out of it! Thank you to Amanda Joy Photography for trusting us with your beautiful new addition!

She was STUNNING on black…oh her sweet curl and cheeks just made these image so womb-like and magical!

Sweetness~ Charleston Newborn Photography

This little boy was sleepy and tiny and oh so sweet. I got to snuggle him for about an hour before our session trying to get him to actually eat his bottle enough. He was sleeping right through it! What a beautiful little boy he is. I enjoyed his session very much.

Some of my favorite images to capture of a newborn is on black. They are womb-like and sweet oh so beautiful.

It is easy to see where this little boy gets his good looks from. Family portraits at a newborn session are very important to me as I have absolutely no images of myself and my daughter when she was a newborn. I don’t wish this feeling on anyone. No matter how horrible you think you look after having a baby, it is important to capture this time.
