Mini Sessions

My mini sessions came about when all my gorgeous little newborns started growing and their parents wanted just a few quick pictures of them sitting/crawling/growing, and my schedule was getting very tight. They wanted a less expensive/quicker session with just a few images and thus the ‘mini session’ was born.

So what do you get? A 30 minute session at specific locations/times and 10 fully edited images in high resolution. I try and tailor the session locations to the time of the year (azaleas in the spring, the beach in the summer, a pumpkin patch in the fall), the session locations are also very general and will yield beautiful pictures without that seasonal look as well.

I advertise mini session dates/times on my Facebook fan page so be sure to “like” it to keep up/sign up when they are offered.

Here is an example of a typical mini session with me. They are short, sweet and capture fun, casual images.

I also conduct 1st birthday/cake smash mini sessions at my studio. They are a fun 30-45min mini session that includes a few 1st birthday portraits as well as some great ‘cake smash’ images. These can be shot either before or after their birthday party depending on scheduling.
